Meal Ticket

A lil avante-garde but there's a reason. She has no money, and what little she has was spent on food when she failed to catch fish. When she heard about the event she knew there would be food and probably free so she counted up all her monies and was able to buy the outfit above. She literally has no idea what she's doing with clothes  having only wore the bare minimum and having little otherwise on her  home world. She simply bought the cheapest articles she could find and added the tutu since she needed to ahve something dress like. She's not happy about this get up. But she'd rather suffer through an odd outfit for some free food than not wear it at all.
